      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      Korea Wave, a cultural communication and transferred by TV of the mass media beyond the boundaries of the country, is the kind of cultural situation being accepted and taken by Chinese young people whose characters are very flexible and comprehensive in getting other cultures.
      China has introduced market economics policy for the new phase of economic turning point. But Chinese government has grasped tightly its mass media, so it is difficult for Chinese mass to be developed in the diverse aspects.
      Chinese people have being watched TV by the means of getting information as well by the means of enjoying their free time and leisure. Regardless of much time for leisure and better life style thanks to economic development than before, Chinese government has not invested in making mew media contents. Therefore Chinese have being thirsty in drinking of cultural desires.
      In this time TV dramas among korean TV programs got the popularity and took the place of Taiwan and Japanese mass cultures which are no more new and inspired to Chinese. But in the same time Korean Wave accepted by young people and transferred by TV dramas was expected to be positioned with negative point view about short life cycle and substituted culture of Taiwan and Japan.
      In spite of concerned atmospheres, curiosity and popularity of Korean Wave gave the new chance to not only newly understanding the Korea but also steadily purchasing the made in-Korea buys. First of all, One outstanding thing among these situations is that many Chinese have been visiting korea for the purpose of meeting the korean TV star and sightseeing background of dramas. It newly has been named 'New Korean Wave', its visiting rate is gradually rising. It has been resulted by Star marketing in product sale and visiting Korea. Furthermore selling rate of the korean products is being increasing, it has been resulted by Star people marketing. But selling products rate can not absolutely occur without guaranteed our good product quality.
      Korean Wave gives us to have an opportunity to bind the near countries by common cultural parts. We remember that Korean Wave must be understood only in the part of culture. If we use it in the respect of economic advantages, other countries will repel its acceptance, we have to use the cultural advantages to apply to the cultural community and to establish it, just like economic community because the Korean Wave is regarded to taking a part well in enlinking other countries.
