디지털 기술 역량이 기업의 양손잡이 역량에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리더십 역량의 매개효과 = The Effect of Digital Technology Capability on a Company's Ambidexterity Strategy: The Mediating Effect of Digital Leadership Capability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 급격한 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 맥락에서 기업의 생존과 경쟁우위를 도모하기 위해 디지털 기술 역량이 양손잡이 역량에 미치는 영향과 디지털 리더십 역량의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 국내 제조 및 ICT & 통신 분야 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 250개의 최종유효데이터를 확보하였고 위계적 회귀분석을 위한 Jamovi 2.3.26 응용프로그램을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 디지털 기술 역량이 기업의 양손잡이 역량에 정의 영향이 있었고 이 과정에서 디지털 리더십 역량의 완전매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 디지털 트랜스포메이션 맥락에서 기술과 러더십의 효과로 인한 양손잡이 역량 문헌의 이론적 확장에 기여한다. 또한 기업이 거대한 변화적 관점에서 기술적 역량도 중요하지만 리더십 역량을 통한 양손잡이 역량을 수행함으로써 더욱 효과적으로 디지털 트랜스포메이션을 달성할 수 있다는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.
