코로나 시대 초등교원 양성교육 현장에서 예비 장애 교사들의 경험과 입장에 관한 분석 = An Exploration of the Experiences and Perspectives of Pre-Service Inclusive Educators with Disabilities at a University of Educations in the age of COVID-19

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 코로나 시대 초등교원 양성교육 기관에 소속되어 있는 예비 장애 교사의 교육 및 학교생활에 관한 경험과 입장을 질적 연구 방법으로 탐구하였다. 연구 목적은 코로나 교육환경에서 예비 장애 교사가 경험하는 교육 현실과 당면 과제와 관련한 의미와 맥락을 고찰함으로써 예비 장애 교사의 역량을 강화해 통합교육 실행 과정에서 주도적인 역할과 기능을 수행하도록 지원하는 것이다. 이에 수도권 소재 교육대학교에 장애 학생으로 등록된 10인의 예비 일반 초등교사를 대상으로 그룹 및 개별 면담이 실시되었다. 질적 연구 기법 및 분석을 통해 네 가지 주제(장애 이해와 수용, 진로 선택과 역할 규정, 코로나 수업환경과 역설, 인적 및 물적 지원)가 도출되었다. 마지막으로 연구 결과에 관한 시사와 함의가 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article explored the experiences and perspectives of pre-service inclusive educators with disabilities in the age of COVID-19 of a university of education settings. It’s research purpose aimed at impowering pre-service inclusive educators with disabilities there by facilitating inclusive education which they would serve in the near future. In doing so, group and individual interviews were conducted for 10 free-service elementarry school teachers with disabilities attending a metropolitan area based college of education. Results indicated the four themes(disability understanding, job choice and teacher role setting, COVID-19 school environment and paradox, human service and reasonable accomodation). The implications of research results were discussed.
