한국,대만,일본 노동자의 직장 내 사회관계와 조직헌신에 대한 동아시아 비교연구 = A Comparative Analysis of Social Relations in Workplace and Organizational Commitment among Korea, Taiwan and Japan

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper is a Comparative analysis of the Social relations in Workplace and Organizational Commitment among Korea, Taiwan and Japan. To do this, By using data set collected from 2005 ISSP(International Social Survey Program) modules. Major findings from this study are as follows: Personal Characteristics of the member of Company effect Organizational Commitment between Korea and Taiwan. Especially, Age variables have significant effect. Social relations in Workplace in Korea, Taiwan and Japan displayed important characteristics. In Korea, The relation of colleagues at work have a statistically significant casual effect on the Organizational Commitment. and The relation of manager and employee have a significant casual effect in Taiwan. In Japan, The relation of co-workers and of manager and employee also have casual effect.
