The purpose of this study is to investigate for the effect of brain education program that improves the quality of life of burned patient on rehabilitation with single group pre-post experiment. Data collection is done by applying brain education program(2hours, Btimes) to 20 out-patient or inpatient of H hospital specialized in burn. The vital sign, the balance of the autonomic nervous system, stress test. flexibility test, the degree of HSP were compared according to the quality of life. The collected data was performed t-test by using the SPSS 12.0. Brain education program conducted by applying the post-test results, the degree of vitality is increased. the patient``s body temperature showed a significant difference, the balance of the autonomic nervous system and stress resistance of the significant results. In addition. cardiac stability, Flexibility, the degree of HSP showed a significant difference. Details of the quality of life in the area, hands Flexibility, emotional, interpersonal relationships was found to be an improvement. In the study of burned patient on rehabilitation with physical disabilities and emotional stress disorder as the basis for nursing intervention suggested the possibility.
