This paper presents the development method of light-weight hybrid ECC which is produced with light-weight filler(Glass Bubble) and hybrid reinforcing fibers, including PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) fiber and PE(polyethylene) fiber. The light-weight hybird ECC is able to achieve light-weight matrix of approximately 1.7t/㎥ and advanced crack control performance with strain-hardening behavior in uniaxial tension. This material is expected to be appliable to seismic resistant members and deformation facilitating elements, which require high ductility with low unit-weight.
