강의평가 운영 개선방안 연구 : S대학 사례를 중심으로 = A Study on Improvement Measures for Lecture Evaluation Management: Focusing on the S College Case

국문 초록 (Abstract)

강의평가는 교육의 질을 지속적으로 제고하고, 학습자 중심의 교육환경 조성에 기여하며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 교수자의 역량개발에 의미 있는 정보를 제공해 주기 때문에 무엇보다 중요한 교육과정의 한 영역이다.
S대학은 학기별 2차례(중간/기말) 강의평가를 실시하고 있는데, COVID-19 팬데믹 이후강의평가 운영 전반 대학 구성원들의 다양한 문제 제기와 전면적 개선의 필요성이 대두되고있다. 이에 본 연구는 S대학의 강의평가 운영 개선방안의 모색을 시도하였다. 구체적으로 S대학의 강의평가 운영현황을 간략히 분석하고, 관련 선행연구를 메타 접근 차원에서 검토한 후, 교수자 및 학습자 FGI 결과를 바탕으로 강의평가 문제점 도출하였다. 마지막으로 강의평가 개선방안을 모색하여 결론과 제언을 제언하였다.

Lecture evaluation is a important aspect of the educational process as it continuously enhances the quality of education, contributes to creating a learnercentered educational environment, and provides meaningful information for faculty.
At S College, lecture evaluations are conducted twice per semester(mid-term/ final). But, following the COVID-19 pandemic, various concerns and the need for comprehensive improvement in lecture evaluation management have been raised by college members.
This study aims to explore measures to improve the lecture evaluation system at the S College. To achieve this, the current state of lecture evaluation at the S College was briefly analyzed, and previous related studies were reviewed using a meta-analytical approach. Additionally, issues in the course evaluation process were identified based on the FGI results from faculty and students. Finally, suggestions for improving the lecture evaluation management were proposed, along with conclusions and recommendations.
