In order to comprehend the characteristics of variable displacement swash plate type axial piston pump compressor and better the performance of it, it is an important matter to derive and solve the equations of motion of this compressor.
In this paper, the equations of motion of this compressor are derived by constrained Newton-Euler method, considering the effect of friction. Reaction forces and reaction moments of each compressor joint and input torque of the compressor are obtained by this theoretical equations of motion.
The numerically calculated results are ascertained by experimental measurements.
