장애아동부모의 여가활동이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 = Study on Influences of the Quality of Life through the Leisure Activities for Handicapped Children`s Parents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진주, 사천지역을 중심으로 서부경남지역의 장애아 부모 중 지역별 부모회에 등록된 장애아동 부모 156명을 대상으로 장애아동 부모의 여가활동 실태를 분석하여 여가활동이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시된 조사연구이다. 본 연구결과를 요악하면 조사대상 장애아 부모 중 75.6％ 의 부모들은 여가활동을 못하고 있으며, 또한 그들은 여가활동을 하고 있는 부모들 보다 삶에 질에 대한 만족도 에서도 통계척으로 유의미한 차이로 낮게 나타났다． 또한 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 장애아 부모들의 여가활동 방해요인을 분석한 결과 우선 장애아동 교육 （65.4%), 시간부족 (l5.3%), 경제적 부담 (10.2%)등의 순서로 나타났으며, 장애아동 부모의 여가활동 활성화 방안요로 장애아 부모를 대상으로 다양한 프로그램의 개발, 장애아동 가족지원서비스의 양적 및 질적 중대, 장애아동 복지 시설의 확충과 함께 종합적인 사회적 지원서비스가 실시되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to research on the leisure activities for patents of children with disability registered in a local community parents` committee in Jinju and Sachun, Gyeongsangnam Do, To sum up this study, 75.6% of the prime group do not have their leisure activities and they are significantly different from the ones who have leisure activitis in Quality of Life. From the analysis of interfering factors to their leisure activities, interfering factors are as follows: education for handicapped children (65.4%), lack of time (15.3%), economic burden (10.2), and so on. Developing various targeted programs, increasing the family supportive service of the disabled children in quantity and quality, and integrated social supportive service with the expansion of welfare facilities for handicapped children should be put into practice to activate leisure activities for handicapped children`s parents.
