전남지역 인력 및 훈련수요에 따른 인적자원 개발에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전남지역 인력 및 훈련수요조사를 통하여 전남지역 및 산업 맞춤형 인적자원 개발 방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 조사결과 신규인력 양성훈련과 재직자 직무능력 향상훈련 모두 보건·의료직과 기계 설치·정비·생산직에서 상대적으로 높은 훈련수요가 나타났다. 이는 저출산과 고령사회 진입으로 인하여 보건·의료직과 돌봄·서비스에 대한 산업계의 인력수요와 교육·훈련 수요가 크게 증가한 것으로 보인다. 특히 전남은 고령비율이 타지역에 비해 높기 때문에 더욱 수요가 증가할 것으로 예측되며, 이에 대한 교육훈련의 확대와 다각화가 필요해 보인다. 또한 기계 설치·정비·생산직에서 인력 수요 및 훈련 수요가 높은 것은 전남 서부권의 조선업과 철강업 등의 제조, 생산인력에 대한 수요가 높기 때문이다. 특히 노동 강도가 높은 제조·생산직에서는 다른 직종에 비해 이직·전직율이 높기 때문에 인력난이 심하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 고용환경 개선, 조선·철강업종에 대한 인식개선과 더불어 인력양성 프로그램 병행을 통해 제조·생산직의 인적자원 개발을 위한 다양한 대책 마련이 필요해 보인다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to study the method of developing human resources tailored to the Jeonnam region and industry through a survey of manpower and training needs in the Jeonnam region. As a result of the survey, relatively high training demand was found in both health, medical, and machine installation, maintenance, and production jobs, both for training new workers and improving job skills. This seems to have significantly increased the demand for human resources and the demand for education and training for the health, medical, care, and service industries due to the low birth rate and the entry into an aging society. In particular, Jeonnam"s aging ratio is higher than other regions, so demand is expected to increase further, and it seems necessary to expand and diversify education and training. In addition, the high demand for manpower and training in machine installation, maintenance, and production jobs is due to high demand for manufacturing and production personnel in the western Jeonnam region, such as the shipbuilding and steel industries. In particular, in the case of manufacturing and production workers with high labor intensity, the turnover and turnover rate is higher than in other types of jobs, resulting in severe labor shortages. In order to solve these problems, it seems necessary to prepare various measures to improve human resources for manufacturing and production workers by improving the employment environment, improving awareness of the shipbuilding and steel industries, and training human resources.
