This study aims to clarify the causal relationship between job stress and job satisfaction among Taekwondo instructors, with a focus on the moderating effect of resilience. Based on the results verifying the set research hypotheses, the study concludes that the negative impact of job stress on job satisfaction among Taekwondo instructors can be mitigated depending on their level of resilience. Furthermore, the findings suggest that Taekwondo Gym directors should make significant efforts to enhance the psychological resilience of their instructors against job stress by applying effective leadership tailored to their characteristics, emphasizing the significant role of gym directors in enhancing resilience.
