임상현장에서 MMPI-2의 진단적 유용성: 우울증 환자군과 정신분열증 환자군의 비교 = Diagnostic Efficiency of MMPI-2 in a Clinical Setting: Comparison between Depression and Schizophrenia

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 MMPI-2의 진단적 유용성을 살펴보기 위하여 우울증 환자군, 정신분열증 환자군, 정상 집단을 대상으로 MMPI-2의 8개 타당도 척도와 10개의 임상척도, 15개의 내용척도를 비교분석하였다. 2008년 2월부터 12월까지 경기도 소재 H병원에 입원한 환자와 외래에 내원한 환자들 중, 우울증 환자군 37명과 정신분열증 환자 36명, 정상 통제 집단 36명을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 우울증 환자군은 2-7-0 프로파일 양상을 보이고 있었는데, 특히 2-7척도에서는 T점수 65점 이상으로 임상적으로 유의하게 나타나고 있었다. 정신분열증 환자군은 8-6프로파일을 보이고 있었으나 T점수 60점 정도로 임상적으로 유의한 수준에는 미치지 못하였다. 정상 집단은 대부분 임상 및 내용 척도에서 T점수 50점 정도로 평균 수준으로 나타나고 있었다. 각 집단을 진단적으로 구분하는 가장 영향력 있는 변인을 찾아내기 위하여 임상 척도와 내용 척도를 중심으로 단계적 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실행한 결과, 우울증 환자군과 정상 집단 간에는 DEP척도와 TPA척도가 집단을 가장 유의하게 변별하였고, 정신분열증 환자군과 정상 집단 간에는 6번 척도와 OBS, BIZ, ANG 척도가 통계적으로 유의한 변별 변인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 정신분열증 환자군과 우울증 환자군을 변별하는 가장 유의한 변인은 2번 척도와 BIZ, ANG 척도인 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 연구의 제한점과 앞으로의 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.
