Through the investigation of the academic achievements for a group of one hundred and sixty Technical Junior College students, it is indicated that the Product-moment Corclation Coefficients between the fourteen factors of the Aptitude Test assigned to the students, and their scores of both major subjects and the entrance examinations are very low.
According to the results of questionnaires of forty-four items by the polled students, this fact is considered that the failure to the entrance of four-year course colleges is mainly causing extreme lack of needs, interest and motivation on the assigned learning activities to the students.
