글로벌 정보기술성장과 표준교육 = Global information technology growth and standard education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

표준(국제, 국가, 산업)은 지구상 인간이 사는 곳이라면 어디든 서로의 의사소통을 위한 정의된 언어와 같다고 할 수 있다. 즉 서로의 편리를 위하여 정해진 표준은 언어와 마찬가지로 교육이 필요하다는 것이다. 특히 금융위기를 통한 각국의 보호무역을 타파하기 위한 대안이 국제표준으로 지하자원이 없는 우리나라로서는 필수적이라 하겠다. 국제표준특허라고도 하는 국제표준은 무한경쟁체제의 세계시장을 겨냥한 개방형 특허로 시장 개척을 자유롭게 하는 장점이 있다. 따라서 정보기술의 글로벌화를 위해서는 체계적인 표준전문가 양성과 고등교육기관의 교과 과정에 포함되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
