연극치료 슈퍼비전의 체계 정립을 위한 제언 = A study to construct the framework of the dramatherapy supervision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 연극치료 슈퍼비전의 체계를 정립하기 위한 목적으로, 먼저 활동하고 있는 소수의 연극치료사들을 대상으로 슈퍼비전과 관련하여 어떻게 경험하고 무엇을 원하는지 설문조사를 한 다음, 사회복지와 정신건강 등의 다른 영역에서 진행하는 슈퍼비전의 구조를 살펴보았다. 그러고 나서 슈퍼바이저의 역할 및 관계 역동에 대해 실제 사례를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 치료사들이 슈퍼비전에서 작업 내용과 치료사로서의 자기 점검을 가장 필요로 한다는 것을 알았고, 이것과 다른 영역에서의 구조를 연계하여 연극치료 슈퍼비전에 적합한 기본 골격을 작업 내용, 작업 환경, 관계역동의 세 가지 기능 중심으로 설계하였다. 또한 슈퍼바이저의 역할 점검에 있어서 슈퍼바이저- 치료사(슈퍼바이지)- 참여자의 세 축이 서로 상호 영향력을 미치는 가운데 역동을 일으키는 것을 확인하였고, 연극치료 슈퍼바이저의 역할을 관리자이자 전문가, 안아주고 보호하는 부모, 창조적 예술가의 세 가지로 정리하였다. 연구 결과 연극치료에서 앞으로 슈퍼비전과 관련하여 연구할 과제는 매우 많으며, 작업내용과 행정, 지지의 세 가지 기능을 포함하여 실제 슈퍼비전 작업과 교육,훈련 전반에 걸쳐 세부적인 요소들에 대한 연구가 이루어질 것을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 연극치료 슈퍼비전이 궁극적으로 연극이라는 예술적 특성을 기반으로 한다는 것을 확인하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to construct the framework of the dramatherapy supervision. To address this central aim, questionnaire survey on the experiences of dramatherapists and their needs was conducted. In addition, the structure of supervision in other fields such as Social welfare and Mental hygiene was examined. Lastly, the role of the supervisor and dynamics of relationship were also explored by conducting case studies. The research finding indicates that the program of supervision work and self examination as dramatherapists are the main concerns for dramatherapists. Based on this result and the frameworks from other areas, the basic structure for dramatherapy supervision was structured focusing on the program of work, working environment, and dynamics of relationships. By examining the role of the supervisor, it was found that the reciprocal influences among three participants- supervisor, therapist (supervisee) and client- resulted in the dynamics of relationship. Therefore, the role of dramatherapy supervision was classified as an expert and manager; embracing and protective parents; and a creative artist. Based on the research findings, further research on the supervision in dramatherapy is required. Specifically, more in-depth studies on the function of program, administration and support with detailed elements of supervision practice, education and training will contribute to the development of dramatherapy. Finally, it was reassured that the dramatherapy supervision is fundamentally based upon the artistic characteristics of drama.
