팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 유형과 메타포에 대한 연구 = A Study on the Types and Metaphors of Korean Movies in Pandemic Subjects

국문 초록 (Abstract)

인류의 발전 역사는 또한 팬데믹과 투쟁한 역사이다. 14세기에 유럽에서 발생한 흑사병과 20세기에 스페인에서 발생한 스페인독감 등은 모두 인류 문명 발전에 심각한 타격을 주었다. 21세에 인류는 사스(SARS), 신종 인플루엔자 A(H1N1), 중동호흡기증후군(MERS) 등을 겪었으며, 현재 인류도 여전히 신종 코로나바이러스(2019-nCoV)와 싸우고 있다. 신종 코로나바이러스 팬데믹 환경에서 팬데믹과 관련한 영화 연구가 학계의 관심을 받고 있으며, 팬데믹 소재 한국영화가 현실 사회에 빈번하게 나타나 팬데믹 위기와 대응하여 30여 년의 발전을 거쳐 마침내 한국영화의 한 유형 스타일을 형성하게 되었다.
팬데믹 소재의 한국영화를 전체적으로 살펴보면 깊은 민족적 흔적과 문화 기호가 담겨 있다는 것을 쉽게 발견할 수 있다. 팬데믹 소재의 한국영화는 독특한 영화 언어를 통해 관객의 영상 체험을 만족시키고, 또한 예술과 현실을 새롭게 고찰한다. 본 연구는 유형학, 사회학, 심리학의 종합적인 응용을 통해 팬데믹 소재의 한국영화 유형과 메타포에 대해 연구하고, 특징적인 유형 구조와 심층적인 메타포를 탐색하여 팬데믹 소재 영화의 이론적 연구를 더욱 풍부하게 만들고자 하였다.
본 연구는 총 6장으로 나뉜다. 제1장은 서론 부분으로 본 연구의 목적과 필요성, 연구 범위와 방법 등에 대해 설명하였다. 선행연구 부분에서 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 유형과 메타포에 대해 체계적으로 분석하고 정리한 후 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 연구 현황과 본 연구의 내용 구상을 소개하였다.
제2장은 기존 관련 자료와 결합하여 팬데믹 소재 한국영화에 대한 개념 정의를 진행하는 동시에 팬데믹 소재의 한국영화가 등장한 원인을 분석하였다. 각 시기별 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 발전 특징에 따라 체계적으로 분석 및 정리하고, 마지막에 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 유형 요소에 대해 구체적으로 분석하였다.
제3장에서는 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 유형을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 팬데믹 병원(病源)에 따라 팬데믹 소재의 한국영화를 좀비 팬데믹 소재 영화, 바이러스 팬데믹 소재 영화, 그리고 과학기술 팬데믹 소재 영화로 나누고, 각 유형의 대표적인 특징을 분석하고 연구하였다.
제4장은 서사학의 관점에서 출발하여 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 메타포를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 서사 이미지, 서사 공간, 서사 주제 등 3가지 측면에서 출발하며, 각각의 측면이 대표하는 심층적인 메타포를 살펴보고, 현실 측면의 의미를 지적하였다.
제5장은 영상학의 관점에서 출발하여 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 영상 언어를 분석하였다. 주로 팬데믹 소재 한국영화의 서사 미학, 영화의 시각 및 청각과 관련한 요소를 구체적으로 연구하고 정리하였다.
제6장은 본 연구의 요약과 의의이며, 또한 본 연구의 한계와 미래 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The history of human development is also the history of fighting pandemics. The Black Death in Europe in the 14th century and the Spanish Flu in Spain in the 20th century both severely affected the development of human civilization. At the age of 21, humans suffered from SARS, H1N1, and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), and humans are still fighting the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). In the COVID-19 pandemic environment, film research related to pandemics is attracting academic attention, and Korean films based on pandemics frequently appear in real society, and after more than 30 years of development in response to the pandemic crisis, they finally formed a type of Korean film.  
If you look at Korean films based on Pandemic as a whole, it is easy to find that they contain deep ethnic traces and cultural symbols. Korean films based on Pandemic satisfy the audience's video experience through unique film language, and also review art and reality anew. This study studied the types and metaphors of Korean films in Pandemic material through the comprehensive application of typology, sociology, and psychology, and attempted to enrich the theoretical research of Pandemic material films by exploring characteristic tangible structures and in-depth metaphors.  
This study is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 is an introduction and explains the purpose and necessity of this study, the scope and method of the study, etc. After systematically analyzing and organizing the types and metaphors of Korean films based on pandemics in the previous research section, the research status of Korean films based on pandemics and the content concept of this study were introduced.
Chapter 2 combines with existing related data to define the concept of Korean films in Pandemic material, while analyzing the cause of the emergence of Korean films in Pandemic material. It systematically analyzed and organized according to the development characteristics of Korean films based on Pandemic, and finally, the tangible elements of Korean films based on Pandemic were analyzed in detail.
Chapter 3 analyzed the types of Korean films based on pandemics. Specifically, according to the Pandemic Hospital, Korean films based on Pandemic were divided into zombie Pandemic, virus Pandemic, and science and technology Pandemic, and representative characteristics of each type were analyzed and studied.
Chapter 4 analyzed the metaphors of Korean films based on pandemics, starting from the perspective of narrative. This study starts from three aspects: narrative image, narrative space, and narrative theme, and examines the in-depth metaphors represented by each aspect, and points out the meaning of the reality aspect.
Chapter 5 analyzed the video language of Korean films based on Pandemic, starting from the perspective of imaging. Mainly, elements related to the narrative aesthetics of Korean films based on pandemics and the visual and hearing of films were specifically studied and organized.
Chapter 6 is a summary and significance of this study, and also suggested limitations of this study and future research.
