배드민턴 복식 경기의 팀워크 측정도구 개발 = Development of Teamwork Scale for Badminton Doubles Team

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적: 본 연구는 배드민턴 복식 선수들의 경기 팀워크를 진단할 수 있는 심리측정도구를 개발하는 데 목적이 있 다. 방법: 팀워크 관련 선행연구를 토대로 배드민턴 복식경기 상황에서 경험하는 팀워크 구성요소를 탐색하고 이 를 기초로 6요인 32문항 예비척도를 구성하여 고등, 대학, 실업의 복식 선수 343명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였 다. 문항에 내재된 팀워크의 내적 구조를 확인하기 위하여 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 외적준거 타당도를 확인하기 위하여 팀 응집성과의 상관을 분석하였다. 아울러 연령과 성별에 대한 다집단 분석을 실시하 였다. 결과: 요인분석을 통해 소통신뢰, 경기집중, 수행항상성, 약속수행의 4 요인 17문항 척도를 확정하였으며, 응집력(GEQ) 검사 도구와의 정적상관을 확인하였다. 아울러 성과 연령에 따라 척도의 평균이 동질적으로 나타났 다. 결론: 본 연구는 배드민턴 복식경기의 특수성을 반영한 고유의 경기중 팀워크 측정도구를 개발하였으며, 이 척도의 타당성과 유용성 측면에서 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a psychological scale that can diagnose the game teamwork of badminton doubles players. Methods: Building on previous research on teamwork, we explored the components of teamwork experienced in badminton doubles. Based on this exploration, we developed a preliminary scale consisting of 32 questions across six factors. Data were then collected from 343 participants, including high school students, college students, and business team members. To examine the internal structure of teamwork inherent in the items, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted. To verify the construct validity, the correlation with team cohesion was analyzed. In addition, a multi-group analysis of age and gender was conducted. Results: A 4-factor, 17-item scale was finalized, consisting of communication trust, focus on the game, performance consistency, and commitment fulfillment. The positive correlation with the cohesion measurement tool was confirmed. In addition, the average of the scale was homogeneous according to sex and age. Conclusion: This study developed a unique teamwork measurement tool that reflects the specific characteristics of badminton doubles matches, and discussed its validity and utility.
