MR. POULSON: My last was sealed yesterday, off Cape Henlopen, at 12, meridian. A gun had been fired for a boat to take off the pilot The wind had freshened to a blow. The sea beyond, looked billowy, "the Hen and Chickens" were in a foam. Two brigs, out ward bound, the same that had in the day before, came out as we did. The pilot was slow in coming off.
