For energy savings in the building sector, there is a need for management of existing buildings, not just new buildings. In analyzing the energy of existing buildings, Data-driven method to utilize the actual measured energy data is determined to be valid. When predicting energy consumption and energy savings, it shows a high accuracy compared to the analytical method simulation. Therefore, in this study, in order to facilitate the analysis using actual energy data, and proceeds to the classification according to the energy consumption characteristics of the building.
It is impossible to classify building energy pattern in the absolute standard due to appear diverse energy consumption characteristics in every buildings. In this study, to derive the pattern by comparing the properties in the building itself, and this was classified. In this case, to find the pattern form the raw data, using correlation analysis based on the outdoor temperature is high influential factor of energy consumption of building.
As classified by the type of various characteristics of the building, selecting a target Retrofit building from a number of buildings, and is expected to be used as a basis material for make a schematic plan.
