From embryonic life to death, female sexual organ is influenced by biological changes with cyclic or not. This biological effects are made by many kinds of the proteins in body. Many steps are required for a normal cell to be called a cancer cells. The loss of normal growth pattern, immortalization, metastatic potential, and the clonal evolution leading to more and more aberrent genetic material are all characteristics of tumor cells, yet not taken individually, none of them is sufficient to explain the neoplastic phenotype. So, this auther reviewed the biological effects of specific body proteins, such as hormones, growth factors, cytokines, and receptors, to the tumorogenesis on the female reproductive tract and the breast.
