      Man's body becomes tOjfee weak and bulk small, if it is wl used. But moderate exercise of it enables man to keep health and even more to promote good health.
      The cause that people are indiffernt of health, in spite of knowing this aspect of health ulted in modern machanic society civilitation which reduces man's execise quantity greathm. We can not but reconsider this mordern reality of man's exercise quantitv when we see a far-sighted national polity.
      Walkmg Is the most fundamental one of all the excercises, therefore it is very important to promote one's health, especially whose society is where pelple walk andl at the time live. Recently according to the proposal of the people's physical strength promotion movement, the walking movement becomes the most prosperous one all over the country.
      To a modem man, Oxygen is apt to be insufficient owing to the lack of exercise this walking exercise a new method of promoting health. When mail is walking, he can breath oxeygen fully, consquently he can keep a good heath and keep his youngth. So, this walking movement must be extended into pan-national one,just not limited in Some special sections.
      Walking movement discusses worldly thought from one's mind and strengthen concentration one's attention, therefore it bas great effect in stress release; It accelerates one's mantafeolism and circulation of brood and stomach activity. At the same time, it strengthens one's fundamental activity and quickens the appetite and make life dinamic There are also longevity and relax effect in this movement So it' il be aduairable on all the people.
      Because waiting mayement is patice by public, it can produce propitiation and Smooth human relationship, cooperation and union.Also,it make healthy mind and body both and it is directly related to accelerating of national power production.
      In our country,Walking Movement spread in all over the country. Walking movement, as a public movement and a social sport, must be practiced properly and beautifully. Therefore, people can lead a healthy life.
