청소년의 직업정보 매체 선호 및 가독성 분석 = An analysis of the youths' readability according to the media providing the occupational information

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년들이 선호하는 직업정보 매체와 직업정보 매체의 가독성 분석을 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구대상은 고등학교 4개교에서 각 학교별 4개 반, 총 16 개 반의 학생 543명을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사기간은 2012년 5～6월이다. 연구 집단에게 큐레이터의 직업정보를 동영상, 인터넷, 만화, 인쇄 등의 4개 매체를 통하여 제공하였다. 조사도구는 매체별 선호 구조, 매체 이용 선호도, 가독성, 큐레이터에 대한 가독성 효과 등 4종이며, 각 조사도구는 신뢰도는 .595～.859, 타당도는 .458～.858 등의 범위에서 검증되었다. 연구결과를 보면, 첫째, 직업정보 탐색에 있어 청소년이 선호하는 정보구조와 매체에 대해 조사결과, 직업정보구조에 대하여 ‘되는 길’이 ‘근무조건’보다 높게 선호하고 선호매체는 인터넷이다. 둘째, 직업정보 제공프로그램의 가독성 효과 검증 결과, 직업정보 4개 매체 모두에서 효과가 검증되었고, 매체별 가독성에대한 효과분석결과 매체별 차이는 검증되지 않았다. 셋째, 가독성요인(정확성, 신속성, 오락성, 이해편이성, 다양성)이 직업정보제공매체별 가독성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 동영상의 가독성에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않았으나, 인터넷, 만화, 인쇄물은 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzes the occupational information structure which was preferred by youth and the readability of occupational information provided through different media of youth. For this study, four different high schools' 257 male and 273 female students were surveyed from May to June in 2012.
Under the purpose of shedding light on the analysis of occupational information readability. occupational information was provided through the 4 different media, such as Video, document information on the internet, printed information and printed cartoons and the occupation that was introduced in the occupational information was a curator. The tools for this study are as follows: the preference structure of media, preference of the use of media, readability, and effectiveness of readability of curator. Each tool of the survey was verified by the reliability .595∼.859 and the validity .458∼.858. As a result, the major findings of the study are as follows: Firstly, when having analyzing the occupational information structure,youth prefer the information about path of becoming to the information about work condition. Secondly,when putting weight on the program which was providing the occupational information, effectiveness was verified. When analyzing the effectiveness of readability of four different media, the difference of effectiveness of them was not verified. Thirdly, when analyzing the influence of readability factors toward the readability of the 4 different media, the influence toward the internet, cartoon and printed information was verified but the influence toward video was not verified.
