지적장애 아동 대상 국내 운동 중재연구의 동향 분석 : 2011년-2021년 = Trends in the Research on Exercise Interventions for Children with Intellectual Disability : 2011-2021

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to suggest the research direction of interventions for children with intellectual disability through systematic reviewing of published studies in Korea. This systematic review study employed a comprehensive search strategy, a two-stage screening process and rigorous critical appraisal, which resulted in the inclusion of seven-teen studies. Results revealed that the majority of quasi-experimental design were conducted on children with children with intellectual disability. A number of studies were conducted on children with mild intellectual disability aged 10 to 14, and the ratio of boys was higher than that of girls. Exercise interventions consisted of psychomotor exercise, therapeutic horseback riding, trampoline exercise, swimming, etc. Among them, many were psychomotor exercise and majority of dependent variables was neurophysiological variables. Based on these results, the implications and the direction of the future study was proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내에서 발표된 지적장애 아동 대상 운동 중재연구를 분석하여 지금까지 진행된 관련 연구의 한계와 의의를 근거기반실천의 관점에서 진단하고 향후 지적장애 아동 대상 운동 중재연구의 방향을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 최근 10년간(2011~2021) 국내에서 발표된 연구 103편을 체계적 문헌고찰 연구방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 총 16편의 관련 연구가 선정되었다. 연구결과, 무선할당이 이루어지지 않은 준 실험설계(quasi-experimental design)가 총 11편으로 다수를 차지하고 있었다. 연구참여자의 특성으로는 10~14세 경도 지적장애 아동을 대상으로 한 연구가 다수였으며, 남자 장애아동의 비율이 여자 장애아동에 비해 압도적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중재의 유형으로는, 심리운동, 재활 승마, 트램펄린 운동, 수영 등이 있었지만, 그중 심리운동이 다수를 차지하였다. 측정 변인으로는 신경생리학적 측면의 변수가 다수를 차지하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 향후 지적장애 아동 대상 운동 중재연구의 시사점을 도출하고 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
