의료보건 전공자의 역량 강화를 위한 자기 탐색의 글쓰기 수업 연구 -의료인문학에 기반 한 핵심 역량을 중심으로- = A Study on the Self-Exploration Writing Class for Strengthening the Competence of Medical Health-Care Major -Focusing on core competencies based on medical humanities -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

의료인문학은 의료보건인 되기 과정에서 직면하는 여러 가지 문제 상황을 다양한 방식으로 이해할 수 있는 관점을 제시한다. 그리고 그러한 관점은 의료 현장에서 일어나는 문제를 과학적이면서 동시에 사회문화적인 관점에서 인지하며 사람 중심이라는 의료의 본질과 목표에 대한 비판적인 성찰을 가능하게 한다. 그러므로 의료인문학적 역량을 높여서 자신에 대한 성찰과 타인에 대한 이해의 힘을 기르고 의료의 본질과 목표에 대한 윤리 의식을 지닌 의료인으로 성장해야 한다.
이 연구는 의료인문학의 관점에서 의료보건 전공자에게 필요한 역량은 언어감수성과 공감능력, 서사적 역량임을 이해하고 이를 강화하기 위한 자기 탐색의 글쓰기 학습의 필요성을 제고하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 의료인문학의 개념과 의료인문학에 기반 한 핵심 역량을 파악하고 의료보건 전공자의 역량 강화를 위한 자기 탐색의 글쓰기 과정을 4단계로 설계하였다.
자기 탐색의 글쓰기 학습은 단계 별 활동의 결과를 해석하는 과정에서 자신에 대한 객관적인 이해로 주체성을 확립하고 타인에 대한 폭 넓은 이해와 의료보건 현장에서 요구되는 윤리 의식을 함양하는 데 유의미한 과정이다. 따라서 의료보건 전공자는 자기 탐색의 글쓰기 과정을 통해 인문학적 역량을 점검하고 의학의 본질과 목표를 가치 있게 성찰하는 주체로 성장하게 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to understand that the competencies required for medical health majors from the perspective of medical humanities are language sensitivity, empathy, and narrative competencies, and to enhance the need for self-exploration writing learning to strengthen them.
To this end, the concept of medical humanities and core competencies based on medical humanities were identified, and the writing process of self-exploration was designed in four stages to strengthen the competencies of medical health majors.
Medical humanities presents a perspective that can understand the various problem situations faced in the process of becoming a medical health worker in various ways. Such a perspective enables critical reflection on the nature and goals of health care, recognizing problems in the medical field from a scientific and sociocultural perspective at the same time.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop the power to reflect on oneself and understand others by increasing medical humanities capabilities, and to grow into a medical person with an ethical sense of the nature and goals of medical care.
Writing of self-exploration is a meaningful process in establishing subjectivity with an objective understanding of oneself in the process of interpreting the results of step-by-step activities, and cultivating a wide understanding of others and ethical awareness required in the medical health field.
Therefore, medical health majors will grow into subjects that examine humanities capabilities and value the nature and goals of medicine through the writing process of self-exploration.
