일반논문 : 日本侵華時期天津著名實業家宋비卿的實業思想與實踐 = The industrial thoughts and practice of Tianjin famous industrialist SONG Feiqing during the Japanese invasion

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1930, 40년대 일본의 중국 침략은 날로 심해져 갔다. 근대 천진의 유명한 민족 실업가 송비경은 1932년 "동아방직유한주식회사"를 설립하였는데, 당시는 일본이 중국을 침략하던 매우 중요한 역사 시기였다. 송비경은 기독교 청년회의 힘을 빌어, 기독교 청년회 형식을 모방하여 기독교 청년회의 취지에 따라 북경과 천진 지역의 사회 공익 사업에 힘을 쏟고 있었으며, 현대적 경영 방법으로 관리해 나갔다. 본 논문은 기독교 윤리와 자본주의 정신이라는 이 두 가지 정신이 송비경의 생명의식에 미친 영향을 살펴보고, 나아가 기독교 윤리와 자본주의 정신의 외재적 형태의 상호 작용 문제에 대해 살펴보고 있다. 특히 기업가로서의 송비경이 기업 경영 측면에서 보여준 실천과 영향에 대해, 그리고 기독교인으로서의 송비경이 기독교 청년회와 그 관련업무적 실천과 영향에 대해서도 주의 깊게 살피고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the 1930s and 1940s, the Japanese invasion of China was gradually becoming severe. When China was rigorously trapped into the invasion of Japan, Tianjin renowned national industrialist SONG Feiqing set up "East Asian Wool Textile Co., Ltd." in 1932. Relying on the strength of YMCA, SONG Feiqing imitated the form of YMCA, complied with the objectives of YMCA in the active engagement in social welfare in Beijing and Tianjin, and used modern management tools to manage it. By discussing the influences of Christian ethics and the spirits of Capitalism to SONG Feiqing, this paper further explores the questions such as the mutual interaction of the external formations between Christian ethics and the spirits of Capitalism. This paper pays special attention to the following two aspects. First, as a businessman, the practices and impacts SONG Feiqing made in the business aspects. Then the practices and impacts SONG Feiqing brought about at YMCA as a Christian.
