Iron oxide is a representative pigment used globally, with a usage of 300,000 to 400,000 tons. Iron oxide can be subdivided based on composition and structure, with Fe2O3 displaying a red color. Nanotechnology involves nano-sizing particles to increase surface area, thereby enhancing adhesion and durability. The application of nanotechnology in the textile industry is believed to enable high-value fabric manufacturing. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the dyeing characteristics of fabric with Fe2O3 nano-solution and its functionality.
