교회교육을 위한 증언공동체 교육론 : 문동환을 중심으로

국문요약

하나님이 창조하신 세계가 신자유주의 경제법칙으로 인간도 노동도 소외되고, 획일화된 공교육은 경쟁과 물질주의 사고를 심어주고 있다. 그런데 교회역시 무한 경쟁과 인간에 대한 배려 없는 학교교육과 신자유주의 경제를 숭배하는 사회가치를 쫓아가고 있는 실정이라서 교회 안에서 조차도 개인주의가 속출하고 사회적으로는 교회가 제대로 된 역할을 못하고 있다.
창세기 1장과 2장을 보면 하나님은 우리를 공동체적인 인간으로 창조하셨다. 그럼으로 인간의 각자의 삶의 자리에서 성서를 통해 공동체적인 신앙을 정립할 수 있도록 교회교육이 도와야 한다. 따라서 교회교육의 방향을 증언공동체 교육론으로 전환하는 것이 필요하다. 증언공동체로서의 교회교육은 공동체 지향의 가치를 심어주는 역할을 할 수 있다. 증언공동체 교육론에서 교회교육의 문제를 보았을 때 현재 교회들이 보이고 있는 목회자중심, 평신도중심, 종교의식중심의 교회교육은 위기 가운데 있다.
목회자 중심의 교회교육의 위기는 목회자가 되기 위한 충분한 과정 없이 세상직업을 쫓아가고 성공위주의 교회 양적성장만을 추구하며 대형화를 외치고 공동체지향의 교회교육을 이루어내지 못했다. 평신도 중심의 교회교육의 위기는 단순한 사교모임으로 집단을 형성하여 서로간의 교통과 유기적 관계를 형성하지 못하였다. 개인주의적이고 경쟁위주의 기득권 싸움을 일삼으며 내세 지향적 가치관 속에서 사회의 일들에 무관심하고 하나님의 선교에 무관심하며 하나님의 정의를 외치며 약한 자들을 돌아보지 못하는 어둠의 잘못된 신앙으로 치닫고 있다. 종교의식 중심의 교회교육의 위기는 형식적이고 요식적인 일회성에 머물러 진정한 축제의 예배에로 초대하지 못하였다.
따라서 증언공동체 교육은 목회자, 평신도, 종교의식 중심의 위기를 극복하고 올바른 교회교육으로 나아가는 역할과 방향을 제시한다. 목회자 중심의 위기 극복의 방향은 새로운 공동체지향의 증언공동체 가치를 회복하고 자본주의 물질위주의 유혹에서 오는 양적 성장만을 위한 교회 대형화와 교권 안에서의 힘과의 결탁에 대한 욕심에서 단(斷)하고 끊임없이 성서를 통하여 하나님의 일하심을 증언하고, 직무에 충실하며, 자신의 능력을 창조적으로 개발해 나감과 동시에 현실에 대한 직시와 문제들을 명료하게 인식하고 하나님 선교에 대한 평화교육으로 나아가게 한다. 평신도 중심의 위기 극복의 방향은 단순한 사교모임에서 벗어나 교회의 주체들로서 각자가 삶에 있어서 서로가 존중하고 배려하며 섬기는 공동체지향으로 나아가게 한다. 하나 되지 못하게 하는 것에서 각(覺)하고 다양한 달란트를 가지고 성서와의 대화를 통하여 삶의 현장에서 하나님의 일하심을 보고 증언하는 공동체가 되게 한다. 종교의식 중심의 위기 극복의 방향은 형식적인 것에서 벗어나 배타성과 이기심을 버리고 공동체의 의미와 가치를 소중히 여기며 축제로서의 예배를 회복하게 하고 공통의 목적과 의지를 공유하며 개방성을 가지도록 한다.
그러므로 교회는 하나님이 부르신 백성들의 공동체로서 예수그리스도의 죽음과 부활의 사건을 증언하고 그러한 의미의 복음이 올바로 선포되고 축제로서의 예배와 성만찬이 올바른 방향으로 나누어지는 공동체로서 증언공동체교육이 필요한 것이다. 따라서 증언공동체 교육론으로 목회자, 평신도, 종교의식 중심의 잘못된 신앙을 위기로 문제 삼고 신앙과 의식을 겸비한 새로운 공동체를 향한 올바른 교회교육으로 나아가는 의미와 방향을 제시하였다.
따라서 교회교육을 위한 증언공동체 교육은 예수님을 통해서 이룩하셨고 계속해서 성령을 통해서 이룩하고 계시는 하나님의 새 창조의 역사를 깨달아 알게 하고 이에 믿음과 소망과 사랑으로 응답하게 도와야 한다. 또한 그리스도를 머리로 한 새 창조 전위대적인 백성이 되게 할 뿐 아니라 목회자 개인을 넘어 공동체에게 맡겨진 사명을 다할 수 있도록 또한 하나님의 선교에 동참하는 평신도들을 육성하고 훈련하는 교육인 것이다.
그래서 생명의 기운으로 가득 찬 새로운 교회공동체가 되어서 세상에서 이웃과 더불어 희망을 이야기하고 서로 아끼며 섬기고 기쁨을 나누는 삶을 살게 되는 기화공동체가 되는 것이다. 그 속에서 인정공동체는 싹트게 되는 것이고, 하나님의 일하심에 동참하지 못하게 하는 것이 무엇인지 왜 그러한지를 깨닫고(覺) 바른 선교자세로 돌아서기 위해 욕심이 되는 이기심을 단(斷)하고 나아가는 생명공동체가 되는 것이다. 이 모든 교육은 삶의 과정 속에서 일어나는 것이며 성서를 통해서 묻고 깨닫게 되는 것이다.

Abstract

The world created by God has made humans and labor isolated in terms of Neo-liberal economic principle and standardized public education has been raising competition and materialism. But the church is not different from the society. It goes along with the age of limitless competition and in it there is no consideration for human-beings. In addition, church is overflowing with individualism and don't play a key role in our society because it prefers to neo-liberal economic principle.
God created us as humans of community in the Bible Genesis 1 and 2. Therefore church education helps humans establish the faith of community through the Bible in Sitz im Leben of each human. For that reason There is a need for the church education shift. It is called witness community education. It can play a role planted value which is oriented community. From the witness community education point of view, the church education of pastors, layer and religious ritual's center is now in a crisis.
Because of enough preparing for becoming pastors, The crises of church education on which pastor centers cause problems like the following. firstly, they followed the job in the world. secondly, they struggled to chase the quantitative church growth. finally, they didn't achieve the community oriented church education. The crisis of church education is raised by layer is that they did not form the organic relations one another. Also They are individual and strive competitive for the privileged right. Because they have thought centered afterlife, they are not interested in the mission of God as well as in their social problems which are related to the weak. The crisis of church education on which religious ritual centers didn't make the authentic festival worship because of formal and one-off thing.
Hence the direction of overcoming the crises of church education on which pastor centers is to make the value of new community centered witness community restored and get out of from the temptation of quantitative growth and do away with greed for being in collusion with power in church authority. It is important for church to witness the work of God and to be faithful to its duties and develop its capacities creatively through the Bible. At the same time church should accept reality as it is, realize the problems plainly and make progress toward peace education for mission of God.
The direction of overcoming the crises of church education on which the layer centers is to be free from the social gathering. And they should make their church as community respecting and serving one another.
The direction of overcoming the crisis on which religious ritual centers is to break from formality, unfriendly attitude and selfishness. It is also important to cherish the meaning and value of community and to have openness sharing the common aims and wills to recover a worship service.
Therefore church must witness the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. witness community education enable the gospel to be proclaimed correctly and worship as a festival and the sacrament to go in the right direction. Witness community education can not only reflect wrong pastors, layer, and religious ritual but also suggest the right education of church toward the new community.
We should help realize the fact that Witness community education for church education was achieved by Jesus Christ and continuously the history of new creation worked by God will be made through the holy spirit.
Not only it is able to become great peoples to accept Jesus as their head but also is capable of doing their duties responsible for community beyond individuals. And layers will be highly trained to participate in the mission of God through the Witness community education for church education.
The members of new church community filled with the energy of life can share and talk about the wish with their neighbors. And they become Giwha community that serves and shares the pleasure each other. In it Injung community will be made and life community that break out the selfishness will be created. These kinds of instruction will happen in the process of life and we are to ask questions and to be realized through the Bible.
