The study aims to provide basic data for effective human resources management in the field of disabled sports by analyzing the effects of job satisfaction and job turnover on disabled sports leaders working in the metropolitan area in 2021.
Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire, and the retrieved questionnaire was conducted using the IBM SPSS 21.0 statistics program to analyze frequency, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows.
First, there was a big difference in job satisfaction according to general characteristics. In addition to guidance work, additional income, age, major fields, working period, average monthly income, average monthly allowance, city and province, work type, and reason for job choice differed in job satisfaction. There were no differences in job satisfaction in gender, marital status, and possession of second-degree certificates for disabled sports instructors.
Second, there were significant differences in turnover intentions based on general characteristics. There were differences in intention to change jobs depending on reasons for working, working period, average monthly income, average monthly allowance, belonging to cities and provinces, and choosing jobs other than guidance work. There were no differences in intention to change jobs in gender, marital status, possession of second-degree certificates for sports instructors for the disabled, incidental income, age, final age, major, and working.
Third, the working environment of disabled sports leaders affected job satisfaction, and among the sub-factors of the work environment, the work environment and work environment were correlated with job descriptive indicators, but the welfare environment was not correlated with job descriptive indicators. Among the subfactors of the working environment, the work environment and the welfare environment were found to be correlated with the job satisfaction index, but the work environment was not correlated with the job satisfaction index.
Fourth, the working environment of disabled sports leaders affected the intention of changing jobs, and among the sub-factors of the working environment, the working environment, and the welfare environment were found to be correlated with the intention of changing jobs.
