유교적 가치, 군자적 리더십, 리더에 대한 신뢰 = Confucian Values, Kunja's Leadership and Trust in the leader

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회문화가치인 유교적 가치와 이를 반영하여 개발한 군자적 리더십의관계를 리더에 대한 신뢰의 측면에서 검증하는 것을 주요 연구목적으로 하였다. 개인수준의 유교적 가치효과와 집단수준의 군자적 리더십효과를 동시에 고려하기 위해 다층선형모형(HLM)분석을 하였다. 국내 다양한 산업에서 활동하고 있는 18개의 조직으로부터 얻은 98개 팀 464명의 자료를 분석한 결과, 리더가 군자적 리더십을 발휘하는 집단일수록 구성원들의 리더에 대한 신뢰수준이 높았고, 이 효과는구성원들이 유교적 가치성향을 가지고 있을 때 보다 강화되었다. 이에 대한 해석을결론부분에서 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This article aims to testify the relationship between a member's Confucian values tendency and Kunja's leadership in the view of trust in the leader. we analyzed hierarchical linear regression model to consider both roles of individual level predicting variables and group ones. 95 teams including 464 individuals from 18 domestic corporation in various industries reveal that when a leader's leadership is similar to Kunja's leadership, a team's members have high tendency to trust the leader. And this relation is positively reinforced by members' Confucian values tendency. The implications of this result would be discussed in the conclusion.
