창업농의 영농경험과 영농 지속성 : 경제목적 귀농인과 생태가치 귀농인의 비교 = Farming Experience of Beginning Farmers and Agricultural Continuity - A Comparison between Economic Purpose Migrants and Ecological Value Migrants -

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

While Korean farming villages are facing a shortage of farming successors, many expect to play the role of farming successors for internal migrants.
In this study, the rural migrants(return to farming) were divided into groups of migrants for economic purposes and those with ecological value according to their motives, and the characteristics of each group were defined. Based on the agricultural attitude and rationality of the economic purposes migrants, it was defined generically as economic farming, economical agriculture products, and as for ecological value migrants, such as ecologically valued farming and ecologically valued agriculture products.
The concept and theory constructed were used for being emphasized that ecological value migrants are more likely to sustain their farming than those for economic purposes. This logical composition is always out of reality and is ideal in the sense of the ideal of the researcher. It is useful that this logical component as IDEAL TYPE can be useful in analyzing the real world.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구에서는 귀농인의 성격에 따라 경제목적 창업농과 생태가치 창업농 집단으로 구분하고 전자에 대해서는 목적 합리성을 기준으로 경제목적 농업, 경제목적농산물로 후자에 대해서는 가치 합리성을 근간으로 하는 생태가치 농업, 생태가치농산물과 같이 발생적으로 정의하였다. 신자유주의적 경제체계에서 경제목적 농업보다 생태가치 농업의 진입장벽이 낮아 창업이 쉽고 경제목적 창업농보다는 생태가치 창업농이 자신의 영농경험을 성공적이라고 평가할 가능성이 크다. 이러한성공적인 영농경험은 창업농 개개인의 영농활동을 촉진하는 긍정적 요인이 되지만, 장차 영농후계자 역할과 오랜 영농 지속성은 사회적 지지 여부에 달려있다.
이 같은 주장과 논의는 경험적 자료를 가지고 가설검증을 한 결과에 기초하고 있지 않다. 이것은 순전히 논리적으로 모순 없는 사유상(思惟像)을 그린 이상형이기때문이다. 이 연구에서는 창업농으로서 귀농인의 성공적인 영농경험이 영농 지속성을 담보할 수 있는 바탕이 될 수 있는지 그리고 그 조건은 무엇인지 탐색하기 위한 개념과 이론을 구성하였다. 이러한 논리적 구성물은 언제나 현실과 거리가 있고연구자의 이상이라는 의미에서 이상형이며, 경험 세계를 설명하고 이해할 때 분석도구로 이용할 수 있을 것이다.
