As today’s skyscrapers become larger and more diverse in shape than in the past, it is important to apply effective planning elements from the beginning design phase. Effective profession of the initial design requires a variety of analyses and interpretations of the basic planning elements. This paper is a study on the core and lease span, which are the core of the planning of the unstructured skyscraper.
This paper is intended to propose the planning considerations for the analysis of the base core system, one of the most important elements, and the distribution of the proper size and length of the lease span. These results are intended to present the planning guidelines of the core system when applying the design by specifying the elements.
