This study reviews two Korean research journals in Korean language education for the purpose to explore some suggestions for the enhancement of validity in implementing research on Korean language education. According to the review, this study suggests, for the enhancement of internal validity, prolonged data collection and constance comparative method, triangulation, member checking, peer debriefing, and appropriate relationship with participants. For external validity(or transferability), this study suggests thick description, maximum variation sampling, and cross-case analysis. To make it happen, this study suggest two things: First, researchers need to pay more attention on validity in implementing qualitative research; Graduate program needs to provide more courses on research methods.
