EXCEPT for golf and curling, which seem to have been enthusiastically worked up by the Reverend John Kerr of Dunleton, the loan sporting section of the Glasgow Exhibition is a bit of a disappointment. There was really room to do a good thing, but it has nob been done. Scotland makes quite a million a year in rents and attendant expenses from angling and shooting, yet we can scarcely say that we have anything historical in connection with these pastimes in the whole west Art and Sporting Gallery.
