대학생의 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동의 이차원적 유형과 학습행동과의 관계 = The Relationship between Learning Behaviors and Two Dimensional Typology in Career Decision Making Level and Career Preparation Behavior among College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between college students' learning behaviors and two dimensional typology in career behaviors. 856 college students were sampled and surveyed. The results of this study were as follows. First, in case of male students, 4 types in career behaviors were evenly distributed. But in case of female students, Ideal and Immature types were more dominant. Second, percentage of Pseudo type and Immature type were decreased, but percentage of Ideal type and Behavioral type was increased according to the grade level. Third, students of Ideal type showed more desirable learning behaviors and students of Pseudo and Immature type showed less effective learning behaviors. However, generally all types of career behaviors have some strengths in Review area but some weaknesses in Learning-Object Performance, Learning-Self Management, Class Participation and Task Achievement. Fourth, college students' career decision making level and career preparation behavior were significantly effected to learning behaviors, especially career preparation behaviors were effected. In addition, the theoretical implications and practical meanings were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 전국의 4년제 대학생 856명을 대상으로, 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동에 따른 진로유형의 분포와 학습행동의 양상을 살펴보고, 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동이 학습행동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 남학생의 경우 4가지 진로유형의 분포가 고르게 나타난 반면, 여학생은 이상적유형과 미성숙한 유형이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학년이 높아짐에 따라 진지하지 못한 유형과 미성숙한 유형의 비율은 줄고, 이상적유형과 행동지향적 유형의 비율은 높아졌다. 셋째, 이상적유형의 학습행동 점수는 높게 나타났고 진지하지 못한 유형과 미성숙한 유형의 점수는 낮게 나타났으며 대체로 모든 유형의 학생들이 시험관리 및 검토하기 요인에서는 높은 점수를 나타낸 반면, 목표실행 및 자기관리, 학습동기 및 습관과 수업참여 및 과제수행 요인에서는 낮은 점수를 나타냈다. 넷째, 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동 모두 학습행동에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며 진로결정수준 보다 진로준비행동이 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다.
