The electronic control air suspension is a core part to improve ride comfort, diving safety, and performance. This system consists of a motor module and a compressor module. Motor module of the system is powered devices, usually balancing is carried out by assembling a balance-weight to the drive shaft. A balancing of the drive shaft is very important to noise and vibration reduction for the system. In this paper, we will propose optimal design specifications of the balance-weight on the balancing of the driving DC motor using the results of noise and vibration tests according to the weights of the balance-weight.
