      국문 초록 (Abstract)

      이􏌩연구는􏌩2024 제9회􏌩세계청소년우슈선수권대회􏌩A그룹에􏌩참가한􏌩청소년대표􏌩5명의􏌩14종목􏌩 경기내용을􏌩분석하였으며􏌩아래와􏌩같은􏌩결론을􏌩얻었다.
      첫째, 투로􏌩 종목의􏌩 연기수준의􏌩 고득점을􏌩 얻기􏌩 위해서는􏌩 종목별􏌩 특성인􏌩 장권류, 남권류, 태극권류에􏌩요구되는􏌩동작의􏌩규범이􏌩명확하게􏌩나타나야􏌩하며􏌩그에􏌩따른􏌩스피드와􏌩민첩성􏌩그리고􏌩 순발력을􏌩동원하여􏌩높은􏌩점프, 회전력, 안정된􏌩착지􏌩자세로􏌩동작의􏌩오류를􏌩최소화􏌩해야􏌩하는􏌩것으로􏌩 나타났다. 둘째, 동작질량의􏌩감점요인􏌩중􏌩기타착오내용인􏌩상체황동, 발􏌩이동, 도동, 도지􏌩등은􏌩 고난도􏌩 등공􏌩 동작􏌩 후􏌩 착지에서􏌩 나타나며􏌩 발구름시􏌩 순간의􏌩 반작용력으로􏌩 수직속도를􏌩 높여􏌩 체공시간을􏌩확보하여􏌩빠른􏌩회전력으로􏌩발차기를􏌩한􏌩후􏌩여유롭게􏌩착지를􏌩해야􏌩하지관절의􏌩제어로􏌩 안정성을􏌩확보하는􏌩것이􏌩바람직한􏌩것으로􏌩나타났다. 셋째, 보형􏌩동작들은􏌩정지􏌩동작에서􏌩자세가􏌩 규정􏌩 동작을􏌩 유지할􏌩 수􏌩 있도록􏌩 유연성을􏌩 통한􏌩 하지의􏌩 각관절􏌩 가동범위의􏌩 확보가􏌩 중요하며􏌩 코어근육과􏌩하지분절의􏌩근력으로􏌩자세를􏌩제어하고􏌩무게중심을􏌩인체내에􏌩위치시켜􏌩안정화􏌩해야􏌩 하는􏌩것으로􏌩나타났다.

      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study analyzed the performances of 5 youth representatives who participated in 14 sports events in Group A of the 9th World junior Wushu Championships in 2024 and reached the following conclusions. First, in order to obtain a high score at the performance level of the Taolu sports, the norms of movement required for the Changquan, Nanquan, and Taijiquan, which are characteristics of each event, must be clearly demonstrated and the speed, agility, and power must be mobilized to achieve high jumps, rotational power, and stability. Additionally errors in movement should be minimized in the landing posture. Second, the study found that point deductions for movement errors, including upper body trembling, foot displacement, stumbling, and falling, typically occur during landings after high-difficulty aerial movements.
      The results indicated that the optimal technique involves using instantaneous reaction force during takeoff to increase vertical velocity, which secures sufficient hang time for executing kicks with rapid rotational power, followed by a controlled landing that ensures stability through proper control of the lower limb joints. It was found that landing with controlled movement after executing kicks is desirable for ensuring stability through proper coordination of the lower extremity joints. Third, in postures, it is important to secure the range of motion of each joint of the lower extremities through flexibility so that the posture can maintain the prescribed movement during stationary movements. The research demonstrated that postural control relies on core muscle strength and lower extremity stability, with proper balance achieved by maintaining the center of gravity within the base of support. This integrated neuromuscular coordination was found to be essential for successful performance execution.
