대만·중국·일본사회의 노동에 대한 의식 비교

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Labor is the aggregate of all human physical and mental effort used in creation of goods and services. Labor is a primary factor of production. And worker is one that works especially at manual or industrial labor or with a particular material. The size of a nations labor force is determined by the size of its adult population, and the extent to which the adults are either working or are prepared to offer their labor for wages. And in order to meet public expectations of happiness through work, many governments, including Korea, are striving to create enough jobs for all citizens who want to work. In particular, the Korean government is working hard on the ground with the aim of creating a fair and rewarding workplace, a reliable workplace covered by the social safety net and a safe and pleasant workplace. The consciousness about labor plays an important role in understanding the society. This study looked at the labor consciousness in Taiwan, China, and Japan, which are the three major members of East Asian society.
