2009개정 교육과정 창의ㆍ인성 교육에 대한 체육교사의 관심과 실행

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 관심에 기초한 교육과정 실행모형(Concerns-Based Adoption Model :CBAM)을 사용하여 전국 중ㆍ고등학교 체육교사의 2009개정 교육과정 창의ㆍ인성 교육에 대한 관심도, 실행수준, 실행실태를 알아봄으로써 체육교과 창의ㆍ인성 교육에 대한 현재의 상태를 진단하고 관심과 실행수준을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 위의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2012년 현재 전 중ㆍ고등학교에서 근무하고 있는 체육교사를 대상으로 체계적 무선 표집 (systematic sampling)을 이용하여 총 290명을 표집 하였다. 설문 조사 후 무기입 자료 및 불성실한 응답 자료를 제외하고 총 264부의 설문지를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, t -검증, 일원변량분석, χ ² 검증을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 2009개정 교육과정 창의ㆍ인성 교육에 대한 체육교사의 관심도는 지각, 정보, 개인적 단계의 낮은 관심 수준을 보였다. 둘째, 체육교사의 일반적 특성에 따른 창의ㆍ인성 교육에 대한 관심도를 살펴본 결과 연수시간이 높은 교사, 체육교사모임에 참가하는 교사, 실천적 추론 수업을 강조하는 교사가 높은 관심 수준을 보였다. 셋째, 2009개정 교육과정 창의 인성 교육에 대한 체육교사의 실행수준은 정보를 얻으려고 하는 탐색단계와 체계적이지 못하고 수동적인 수업을 전개하는 기계적 실행 단계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 2009개정 교육과정 창의ㆍ인성 교육에 대한 실행실태에서 체육교사들은 인성 교육에 치중하여 창의ㆍ인성 교육을 실행하고 있었고, 관련 교수 방법 자료가 부족하고, 연수기회가 적어 창의ㆍ인성 교육을 실행하는데 어려움을 겪고 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify stage of concern, level of use, and the innovation configuration of Physical Education(PE) teachers regarding 2009 revised curriculum creativity and personality education. The survey q uestionnaires were delivered through mail to middle-and-high school PE teachers who were selected by systematic sampling. 267 data were used for the final analysis by using SPSS(19.0) program. The results of the study were as following. First, for the stage of concerns of PE teachers on curriculum creativity and personality education, perceptual stage of concerns was the one with the highest response rate and the next high in the following order: information stage of concern. But it is low stage of concerns. Second, teachers training time, participated teachers meeting and practical reasoning teacher were high stage of concerns. Third, the level of use of PE teachers on curriculum creativity and personality education was highest with the exploratory level of use and the next high in the following order: the routini z ed level of use. But it is also low level of use. Forth, for the innovation configuration of PE teachers on curriculum creativity and personality education, a lot of PE teachers mainly focused on personality education in their PE classes. Regarding what makes PE teachers difficult to perform creativity and personality education, most PE teachers chose the lack of instructional materials.
