발달장애아동의 지각 및 대근운동기술 향상을 위한 지각운동중심의 운동프로그램의 효과 분석 = Analysis of the Effects of Perceptual Motor-centered Exercise Programs in Improving the Perceptual and Gross Motor Skills of Children with Developmental Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19로 인한 운동 기회가 적어진 발달장애아동에게 1:1 지각운동중심의 프로그램을 통해 아동 발달단계에서 가장 발달의 기초가 되는 지각운동기술과 스포츠활동과 학교체육에 기본이 되는 기본운동기술인 대근운동기술 (이동운동능력, 물체조작능력) 향상을 살펴보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 수도권 지역의 발달장애아동(8세-15세) 7명이며, 코로나19 그룹수업이 제한된 환경에서 1:1로 16주간 지각운동중심의 운동프로그램을 진행하였다. 검사 도구는 지각운동능력(PaMA-perceptual and motor ability) 검사지와 대근운동기술 검사도구인 TGMD-II를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 자료처리 방법은 비모수검정 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정 테스트와 빈도 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각운동중심의 운동프로그램은 발달장애아동의 지각운동기술, 대근운동기술을 유의하게 향상시켰다. 둘째, 발달장애 아동의 지각운동기술과 대근운동기술 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 정적상관관계가 나타났다. 이를 종합하여 볼 때, 지각운동기술과 대근운동기술의 향상을 위해 본 연구자가 제시한 지각운동중심의 운동프로그램의 효과에 대한 검증을 나타내 주는 결과이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the improvement of perceptual motor skills and gross motor skills(object-control skills, locomotor skills) through a 1:1 perceptual motor-centered exercise program for children with developmental disabilities who have fewer exercise opportunities due to COVID-19. The subjects of the study were 7 children with developmental disabilities (8-15 years old), and due to COVID-19, an exercise program centered on perceptual movement was conducted on a 1:1 basis for 16 weeks. The test tools, a PaMA-perceptual and motor ability test strip and TGMD-II, a gross motor skill test tool, were used. As for the data processing method, the nonparametric Wilcoxon signed rank test, frequency analysis, and correlation were performed. The study results were as follows; First, The perceptual motor skills of children with developmental disabilities showed a significant improvement. Second, the perceptual motor-centered exercise program showed significant improvement in the gross motor skills of children with developmental disabilities.Third, A significant positive correlation was found between perceptual motor skills and gross motor skills of children with developmental disabilities. In conclusion, the perceptual motor-centered exercise program for children with developmental disabilities had a positive effect on the improvement of perceptual motor skills and gross motor skills, therefore this result showed the verification of the effectiveness of the exercise program.
