Recently, the crisis situation of young people who take full care of their families has become a major issue. The purpose of this study is to examine the care experiences of young carers who are fully caring for their family at a time when they need to lead their own lives independently. It is necessary to examine their needs because they become more complex and diverse burdens than adult caregivers by becoming the main agents providing care in the development and growth stages. Therefore, in-depth interviews were conducted with 7 young people in their 20s who are providing care to their families, and the results were analyzed through thematic analysis to identify the central themes of the subjects' experiences and meanings. As a result of the analysis, 6 themes and 19 sub-themes were derived. The derived themes are ‘Enduring alone, struggling and living’, ‘Everything is blocked, giving up and putting up with it’, ‘the daunting of being trapped in an endless tunnel’, ‘Extreme dark feeling’, ‘The strength to barely rely on and endure’, ‘growing steadily and bear the burden’. Based on these results, interest in Young Career was stimulated, and practical measures to support them were suggested.
