치위생과 학생들의 전공만족도, 회복탄력성이 현장실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Dental Hygiene Students' Major Satisfaction and Resilience on Field Practice Stress

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 현장실습 시 경험하게 되는 현장실습 스트레스와 건강상태, 전공만족도, 회복탄력성의 관련성과 현장실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 현장실습 교육프로그램의 기초자료를 마련하고자 연구를 실시하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 건강상태는 전공만족도와 회복탄력성과 현장실습 만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(p<0.01), 현장실습 스트레스와 음의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 전공만족도는 회복탄력성과 현장실습 만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(p<0.01), 현장실습 스트레스와 음의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 회복탄력성은 현장실습 만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있었으며(p<0.01), 현장실습 스트레스와 음의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.01). 2. 현장실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 건강상태(β= -0.18, p<0.01 )와 회복탄력성의 자신감(β= -0.23, p<0.01 )과 관계성(β= 0.22, p<0.01 ), 현장실습 만족도(β= -0.58, p<0.01 )가 가장 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 47.5%로 나타났다. 현장실습 스트레스의 관리하기 위해서는 건강상태를 잘 관리하도록 지도하고, 교내 실습을 다양화 하여 자신감을 높이고 팀 프로젝트 수업을 통하여 관계성을 증진시켜야 하겠다. 현장실습 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 치위생(학)과 교육과정의 이론을 잘 습득할 수 있게 플립러닝, 문제해결 중심 등의 교육방법을 다양화 하고 치과 의료종사자들과 대인관계를 원활히 할 수 있도록 산·학 프로그램을 학생들에게 다각적으로 제공하여 대인관계 유지를 배양 할 수 있도록 하여야 하겠다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to prepare basic data for field training programs by investigating the relationship between field training stress and health status, major satisfaction, and resilience experienced by dental hygiene students during field training and the effect on field training stress. The subjects of this study were 212 dental hygiene students in Chungnam who experienced field training. The research tool consisted of confidence, relationship, positivity, coping ability, social support, emotional regulation ability, and organizational style for resilience, and field training stress was measured by (BEPSI). A T-test was conducted to find out resilience, field training satisfaction, and field training stress according to health status and major satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the correlation between health status, major satisfaction, resilience, field training satisfaction, and field training stress, and to find out the effect on field training stress. In conclusion, for field training stress management, it is necessary to guide the management of health status well, diversify the practice in the school to increase the confidence of resilience, and promote the relationship through team project classes. In order to increase the satisfaction of field training, it is necessary to diversify educational methods such as flip learning and problem solving so that students can learn dental hygiene theory and curriculum well, and to cultivate interpersonal relationships by providing students with various industry-academic programs that can facilitate interpersonal relationships with dental medical personnel.
