COVID-19 이후의 골프지도자의 역할과 변화

국문 초록 (Abstract)

[목적] 본 연구는 COVID-19로 인해 많은 것이 변화된 골프 분야에서 발생하는 새로운 현상들을 중심으로 골프지도 자들은 미래를 위해 선제적이고 세부적인 대응이 필요하다. COVID-19전 패러다임에서 변화를 가져야 할 상황이며, 변화된 사회구조와 달라지는 요구에 부흥해야 한다. [방법] 이를 중심으로 해당분야에 관련된 연구결과들과 제언들 을 통해 COVID-19 이후 골프지도자들의 새로운 역할과 변화에 대해 결론을 도출하였다. [결과] 시대환경이 크게 바 뀐 상황 속에서 골프지도자들에게 요구되는 역할은 다음과 같다. [결론] 첫째, 비대면 시대에 알맞은 교수법으로 전 통적 교수법을 탈피해야 한다. 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 골프지도자와 골프참여자들 간의 양방향 의사소통이 가능해야 한다. 둘째, 많은 사람들이 사용하는 공공의 장소에서의 레슨보다는 사적인 공간에서의 개별적인 레슨이 필요하고 개인화와 개별화라는 특성을 잘 살려 적절한 지도가 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 혁신적인 가치와 전문성을 가져야 한다. 혁신적인 가치추구와 변혁의 시대를 선도해야 할 골프지도자들은 다양한 방법으로 골프를 공유하고 전문성을 함양 하며 멘토의 역할도 해야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

[Purpose] This study focuses on new phenomena occurring in the field of golf, where many have changed due to COVID-19, and golf instructors need preemptive and detailed responses for the future. It is a situation where we need to change the paradigm before COVID-19, and we need to revive the changed social structure and different demands. [Method] Based on this, conclusions were drawn about the new roles and changes of golf instructors after COVID-19 through research results and suggestions related to the field. [Results] The roles required of golf instructors in a situation where the environment of the times has changed significantly are as follows. [Conclusion] First, it is necessary to break away from the traditional teaching method with a teaching method suitable for the non-face-to-face era. Two-way communication between golf instructors and golf participants should be possible through the online platform. Second, individual lessons in a private space are needed rather than lessons in public places used by many people, and appropriate instruction should be made taking advantage of the characteristics of individualization and individualization. Third, it must have innovative values and expertise. Golf leaders who should lead the era of innovative value pursuit and transformation should share golf in various ways, develop professionalism, and act as mentors.
