건물 파사드의 디자인 패턴 유형에 대한 특성 분석 = Analysis of Design Characteristics of the Digital Design Patterns in Facade Design

This study is to analyse the emotional characteristics of 5 digital design patterns and to propose a direction to effectively support the facade designs of buildings by understanding the characteristics of the patterns. This study explains the digital design patterns on facade designs. There are five types of the digital patterns which include applied patterns, perforated patterns, layered patterns, cast patterns, and tiled patterns. This study deals with deriving emotional characteristics of the 5 digital design patterns. The characteristics of the 5 digital design patterns are that the applied pattern is asymmetrical and busy, the perforated pattern is asymmetrical and nice, the layered pattern is continuous and appealing, the cast pattern is regular and appealing, and the tiled pattern is regular and appealing. These characteristics of each digital design pattern are suitable for the emotional image representation.
