高等教育进入大众化阶段后,如何提升人才培养质量成为了当务之急,精准育人概念的提出,必将成为当前高等教育发展的主题以及目标。精准育人是指针对不同特点的学生,运用科学有效的程序对其实施精确识别、精确教育、精确评价的育人方式,它主要包括识别精准、需求精准、过程精准、效能精准4 个方面。对精准育人的研究,有助于真正做到“因材施教”,能够构建现代高等教育体系“教书育人”的重要组成部分,对提升教育质量具有重要意义。

After higher education enters the stage of popularization, how to improve the quality of talent cultivation has become a top priority. The proposal of the concept of precise education will inevitably become the theme and goal of the current development of higher education. Precision education refers to the use of scientific and effective procedures to accurately identify, educate, and evaluate students with different characteristics. It mainly includes four aspects: precise identification, precise demand, precise process, and precise performance. The research on precise education helps to truly achieve “individualized teaching” and is an important component of building a modern higher education system “teaching and educating people”, which is of great significance for improving the quality of education.
