The high turnover rate of the employees in medium and small business has been obstacles to the increase of productivity.
In order to heighten the skills degree of the employees, The decrease of the turnover rate is esteemed to be indispensable.
The value of this study is in contributing to the effective turnover administration by analyzing the importance degree of the factors influencing employees turnover in the medium and small business according to the human character.
