융복합시대에 중장년층의 성격 5요인과 창업의도와의 관계 = A Study on the Relationship Between Big Five Factors of the Middle-Aged and the Entrepreneurial Intention in the Era of Convergence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 융복합시대에 중장년층의 성격 5요인이 창업의도를 결정하는데 중요한 요인이 되는지를 살펴 보는 데에서 시작하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 성격 5요 인과 창업의도와의 관계를 살펴보는 것이다. 따라서본 연구는 S사이버대학교에 재학 중이며 직장경험이 있는 중장년을 대상으로 183명의 자료를 수집하고 분 석하였다. 이러한 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS 버전 24를 사 용하여 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 성격 5요인 중 개방성(β = .323, p < 0.01)과 외향성(β = .231, p < 0.01)은 창업의도를 결정하는데 중요한 요 인이 됨을 발견하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 첫째, 성격 5요인이 창업 의도를 밝히는 중 요한 요인이 된다는 사실을 발견했다. 둘째, 이를 바탕 으로 중장년층의 창업교육 시 개방성과 외향성을 높여 주는 교육이 필요하리라 본다. 끝으로, 실무적 시사점 및 제한점과 추후 연구과제에 대해서 논의하였다.

This study began with a review of whether the five factors of middle-aged people's personality in the period of convergence are important factors in determining the entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the five factors of personality and the entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, this study collected and analyzed 183 data for middle-aged people who are attending S Cyber University and have work experience. The study found that openness (β = .333, p < 0.01) and extroversion (β = .231, p < 0.01) influence on the entrepreneurial intention. Finally, we discussed practical implications, limitations, and further research tasks.
