The paper is on the Thought of Chosun intellectual about Japan Empire by A Case of MORI KAINAN(森槐南) in 1905~1910. MORI KAINAN met Chosun intellectual from 1907 to 1909 as Poet and bureaucracy. When he died at 1911, his manody was published on 『Mailsinbo(每日申報)』 From 1911 March 28th until April 2nd. Chosun intellectual who met MORI KAINAN(森槐南) was one of the party of civilization and enlightenment and a bureaucracy in LeeWanYong(李完用)` governments. They had the location which was a duplication, a bureaucracy between Cosun and Japan Empire. They highly evaluated MORI KAINAN(森槐南)` ability as poet than bureaucracy. They known about the level of Japnese literature by MORI KAINAN, then praised his poem. But it choosed Only features of poet to erase MORI KAINAN` features which was a bureaucracy at Japan Empire. And the Chosun intellectual led human replacement by the oriental traditional method which is chinese poem exchange. Though they reproduced the Chinese poem as Signifiant, but it was no more the place of human replacement and communication. It became the place of the Discussion of assimilativeness. Chosun intellectual symbolized him as ``fellowship``, nevertheless MORI KAINAN (森槐南) was a Japan Empire` loyal retainer.
