      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      The purpose of this study is to organize technology knowledge related to the history and principles of teleprompters, build technology content knowledge for speech strategies using technology, and then use teleprompters as an educational scaffold in speech education. It proposes technological pedagogical and content knowledge utilized as instructional scaffolding. If a teleprompter is used as an educational scaffolding in speech education curriculum, the zone of proximal development related to the development of speaking skills can be expanded. A teleprompter can be used as a powerful type of scaffolding to reduce speaking anxiety and enhance speaking skills. Using a teleprompter can increase confidence in speaking because the speaker can focus on training their expressive skills rather than their content composition skills.
