The purpose of this study is aimed to check the level of vice-principal's emotional leadership and school organizational commitment which teachers are recognizing. And it is also aimed to determine the relations between emotional leadership and school organizational commitment, and how the subordinate variable of emotional leadership is affecting the subordinate variable of school organizational commitment. To achieve the research above, I have examined on subjects below.
First, how teachers are recognizing about vice-principal's emotional leadership?
Second, how teachers are recognizing about school organizational commitment?
Third, how vice-principal's emotional leadership is affecting teachers' school organizational commitment?
