The purpose of this study is to develop scale items to measure service quality of ski resort, to measure service quality of ski resort to use them, and to find out relationships among service quality, service value, visitor satisfaction, and revisit intentions. Hypotheses were developed from reviewing the existing literature and tested empirically. As a result of factor analysis, 6 factors were extracted and titled guide·information, lift, ski slope, ski rental agency, restaurant·snack bar, and other facilities. The results show that service quality of ski resort has a positive relationship with both service value and visitor satisfaction, service value influences positively visitor satisfaction, and visitor satisfaction has a positive influence on revisit intentions.
